Duties include:
- Payroll - Accurately prepare project timesheets for entry to payroll system
- Process New Hires - all aspects of hiring process, maintain applicant logs, etc.
- Process incoming invoices from vendors
- Interact with various insurances; Workman's Comp, Auto, Liability, Health
- Assist Management Staff with daily, weekly, monthly reporting
- Assist with 401K administration
- General Office Management: order office supplies, answer phones, greet visitors
- Interact with field personnel
- Some prior experience in construction office environment helpful. Proficient in Excel. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Organized and reliable. Ability to interact well with management, field personnel, and public. We are an equal opportunity employer. Come join our team!
