Job Description
Responsibilities:-
Logistics & Administration: Provides logistics support for global Talent Acquisition Enablement offerings (e.g. Hire Up Equitable Interviewing & Selection Program) such as coordinating trainer schedules and availability, booking and managing training sessions, responding to participant scheduling inquiries and requests, and other event coordination responsibilities as needed.
Content & Communication Management: Assists with global training and content launch communications. Maintains accurate data for all learners attending learning sessions. Generates Talent Acquisition Enablement reports as required using system reports and Excel vlookup and pivot table functions.
Interaction with team:
- Interaction with all groups in Client but mainly dealing with the trainer team for scheduling mostly in the Talent Acq team
- Publishing sessions in LMS
- Excel – vlookups, and pivot tables
