Talent Acquisition Senior Lead

Momentum is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Talent Acquisition Senior Lead who excels at recruiting 'hard-to-find' talent for high profile, impactful positions. Partnering closely with leaders across our corporate functions - Finance, Accounting, Legal, IT, Facilities and Corporate Development - this dynamic individual will seek to understand the intricacies of each position and take an innovative approach to sourcing, engaging and landing the right candidate for our growing organization. As a "full stack recruiter", this individual will bring expertise in owning a limited yet high-touch requisition load, using a blend of data and technology to drive each search forward, while keeping both hiring manager and candidate engaged throughout the journey. Responsibilities

• Develop strong and collaborative partnerships with leaders and senior stakeholders across the organization.
• Establish and enhance processes, ensuring operational consistency for the corporate group, while constantly balancing the need for structure with the need for speed and agility.
• Develop targeted and effective sourcing strategies for each requisition, leveraging sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and other niche job boards.
• Harness the power of social media and networking to identify and engage top-tier talent.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to craft customized selection and interview paths that help streamline the candidate pool and also ensure we find the most suitable candidates for each high-profile position.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market conditions and competitor analysis to gain invaluable insights into the talent landscape.
• Ensure that Momentum's recruitment processes and practices comply with relevant labor laws, regulations and company policies.

Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 5-7+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 of those independently owning requisitions end-to-end
• Demonstrated experience recruiting corporate positions (i.e. Finance, Legal, IT, HR, etc)
• Experience recruiting for senior and/or highly strategic positions, while partnering with senior stakeholders (DIrector+)
• High level of proficiency with talent sourcing, including leveraging sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and/or SeekOut/HireEZ, as well as industry networking
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Relevant certifications (ex. HRCI, AIRS, ASA) a plus

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For roles eligible for remote work, the base salary is tailored to the designated work location. In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined based on both the company's business performance and individual contributions.
