Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Assisted Living

Duties:
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including online job boards, ATS, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and track recruitment progress
- Maintain a strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on employee relations matters
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

2+ yrs. experience in Senior Living is preferred!
