Title: Talent Acquisition Assistant

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $19-$22 Dependent on Experience

U.S. Physical Therapy is the largest publicly traded, pure-play operator of outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics, with roughly 700 Clinics in 42 States. Our partner clinics provide pre- and post-operative care for various orthopedic-related disorders and sports-related injuries, rehabilitation of injured workers, and preventative care. USPh also manages physical therapy facilities for third parties, including physician groups and hospitals.

We seek an energetic, experienced, and client-focused Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our Talent Acquisition Team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and hiring teams to facilitate a smooth hiring and onboarding process for candidates and internal teams.


What you’ll do:
  • Support the hiring team with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
  • Update and maintain job descriptions for clinics and corporate positions.
  • Create, send, and track all offer letters.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized offer tracking spreadsheet.
  • Initiate background check and follow up on outstanding issues and delays.
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries from candidates, hiring managers and internal teams.
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring team regularly to provide hiring status updates.

What you have:
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative/support role.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Aptitude to learn and become proficient in various software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Adaptability to change and new processes
