Position
Serves as Sr. HR Business Partner for assigned client groups. Responsible for the execution and implementation of organizational HR objectives, partnering with Corporate HR and with business units and/or geographic leaders and managers to develop and deliver solutions specific to organization design, development, compensation, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, talent, and recruiting. Coaches' leaders and managers as a strategic advisor to the business and has hands-on accountability for priorities. Also, a key member of the Total Rewards initiatives.
What We Offer
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sr. HR Business Partner by serving as a Business Partner for selected business units. This role is an extension of the business unit's leadership team as a business line and HR subject matter expert.
What You Will Do
- Provides HR support through partnership and coaching to all levels of the organization. Partners with the organization on design, team performance and talent specific opportunities, including accountability for talent acquisition in the local market, partnering with HR talent acquisition team on sourcing, recruiting, and hiring of talent (internally and externally).
- Participates in the interview process and supports the selection of candidates.
- Provides guidance and expertise to leadership, management staff and employees on employment practices, employee relations, compliance, and policies. Provides consultation and advice to management team regarding employment matters.
- Participates in workforce and succession planning initiatives. Conducts exit interviews. Builds and implements client group level HR programs in support of strategic initiatives.
- Collaborates with leadership and HR team to develop and facilitate solutions that will enable the advancement of culture, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and the employee experience.
- Actively pursues appropriate continuing education and development programs to maintain and enhance job related technical and functional skills.
Who You Are and What You Bring
- Minimum of 6-8+ years of related experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of multiple HR specialties - talent management, recruiting, succession/workforce planning, compensation/benefits, HRIS, diversity and inclusion, performance management etc.
- 2-3 years benefits experience to collaborate with Total Rewards initiatives.
- M&A business integration experience
- Demonstrated presentation and communication skills to Sr and C-suite level leadership.
- Demonstrated experience learning a business and aligning HR priorities in service of the business.
Desired But Not Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with HRIS systems, data, and analytics.
- Global HR experience (2-3 years)
