As an HR Business Partner for the Information and Communication Services Department (the information technology workforce for the Church), you will have stewardship for leading HR support for the ongoing technological teams globally across the Church. This includes providing timely day-to-day HR support in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with ICS directors and managers and the ICS HR team to (1) design and implement HR strategy and strategic solutions, and (2) foster a culture that aligns with The Church's Leadership Pattern principles and results in optimal team and individual performance.
