E-commerce Manager/Specialist

Job Summary:

To propel our online growth, we are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to manage our website, drive day-to-day operations, devise marketing strategies, and expand market share and revenue, prioritizing our key product lines.

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies aimed at achieving profit goals.

· Manage PPC budgets and campaigns using data analytics, focusing on targeted market segments through PPC and email marketing efforts.

· Improve SEO and create engaging written content online to enhance website visibility and engagement.

· Collaborate closely with the graphic designer to maintain up-to-date content, layout, and product pages, focusing on enhancements that improve user experience and address any site issues.

· Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.

· Manage all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and returns, ensuring prompt resolution and a positive customer experience.

· Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including addressing customer inquiries and overseeing order processing from start to shipping.

· Track essential performance metrics like response times and customer satisfaction scores and introduce strategies to continually enhance performance.

Requirements:

Experience and a passion for learning in one or more of the following areas: e-commerce marketing (Email marketing, SEO, SEM, social media), content creation (writing), and/or front-end web development (HTML, CSS).

· Proven experience with e-commerce platforms and online marketing tools.

· Proficiency in email marketing, SEO, analytics PPC data analysis, and reporting.

· Ability to implement website layout, enhancements, and improvements, and create emails, using HTML and CSS programming.

· Strong writing skills with experience in creating descriptive and informative content.

· Creative thinker passionate about staying up to date with industry trends, especially in web programming languages and SEO.

· 2–4-year degree or extensive college-level coursework in fields such as HTML/CSS web programming languages, marketing, creative writing, or other relevant subjects.

This is a full-time position from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hourly wage ranging from $24 to $28, based on skill set, experience, and education.
