Job Description
Your primary responsibilities will include answering phones, conducting thorough phone intakes to assess clients' needs, scheduling in-person intakes with our care managers, and actively assisting the scheduling team in assigning caregivers for clients. This multifaceted role requires a keen attention to detail, friendly and engaging communication skills, and a genuine commitment to enhancing the overall quality of care provided to our clients.
The ideal candidate for this position:
- At least 2 years experience working in home care or in a scheduling / office administration position
- Enjoys working with a variety of people and personality types
- Empathetic to the needs of our caregivers and clients
- Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast paced environment
- Can handle shifting priorities while working independently
- Fulfilled by helping seniors remain healthy and independent at home
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable working within scheduling software
