Intake Coordinator

Adecco Medical & Science is hiring an Intake Coordinator in West Jacksonville, FL! This role is in person / onsite. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:
Type:                     Two - month contract, opportunity for extension or fulltime offer
Schedule:             Monday through Friday, 9AM – 530PM
Pay:                       $20.25 - $22.25 an hour
Responsibilities of the Intake Coordinator:

·       Initial triage of members

·       Onboarding new patients

·       Reviewing insurance

·       Administrative intake of members or managing the admission/discharge information post-notification

·       Working with hospitals and the clinical team.

·       Managing incoming calls, managing requests for services from providers/members, providing information on available network services and transferring members as appropriate to clinical staff.

·       Manages the referrals process, processes incoming referrals.

 

Qualifications for the Intake Coordinator:

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience working in healthcare

• Experience dealing with insurance
