We are looking for a team-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team that will be responsible for taking all incoming calls with the intention of turning them into an admission and if not appropriate clinically or financially, refers them to the help they need. The Intake Coordinator would need to take control of a call and is able to qualify it in a timely matter, as well as obtain all needed detailed information to verify insurance, job status, and criteria to justify need for our level of care.

We don’t use resume scanners, so as real Human Resource people who would love to learn more about you, it will be beneficial if you have:
- H.S. diploma or GED.
- Experience working in a call center
- Previous experience with intake and sales preferred
- Knowledgeable about the Recovery industry
- Functional literacy and comprehension of computer program.
- Detail-oriented with good documentation skills
- Knowledge of treatment facilities, insurance benefits, etc.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
