SalaryWe are looking for a Referral Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and will be responsible for managing the referral process from start to finish. This includes coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. The successful candidate will also be responsible for responding to inquiries from patients and providers, providing customer service support, and keeping accurate records of all referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate referrals from other healthcare providers to the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of referrals and follow-up visits.
- Ensure that all referral information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate with other healthcare providers to ensure timely follow-up visits.
- Provide feedback to healthcare providers on referral outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and provide updates to referring providers.
- Assist in resolving any issues that arise with referrals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Required)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
