**Position Overview:**

Our Client is seeking highly motivated and experienced ACA Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join their remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have a knack for closing sales at a high rate, and possess a strong understanding of the Health Insurance marketplace.

**Location:** Remote

**Shift Hours:** 9 AM - 7 PM EST

**Key Responsibilities:**

• 
  Provide knowledgeable and friendly support over the phone.

• 
  Successfully close sales and meet targets with a high conversion rate.

• 
  Skillfully overcome objections while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.

• 
  Demonstrate an enthusiastic and team-oriented mindset.

• 
  Utilize dual monitor screens and be present on Zoom camera during shifts.

**Requirements:**

• 
  Fast and reliable internet service provider.

• 
  Updated computer system (Chromebooks or netbooks not acceptable).

• 
  Dual monitor setup.

• 
  Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

• 
  FFM Certification and qualifying carrier appointment in resident state.

• 
  Licensed to sell Health Insurance in 15 or more states.

• 
  Proven call center experience with a track record of high performance.

• 
  Professional, enthusiastic, and a true team player.

• 
  Motivated by commission-based earnings with a strong desire to succeed.

**Compensation:**

• 
  Base pay starting at $18 plus commission!

• 
  Annual income potential ranging from $50K to $130K based on performance, with a structured commission and bonus system to reward success.
