Remote agents will benefit from our supportive infrastructure, including provided leads and access to a dialer system (though you're welcome to use your own). This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a virtual environment, offering the convenience of working from anywhere in Florida. Due to the provision of leads, the commission rate for remote positions is slightly lower than for field positions unless you use your own dialer and leads.

Responsibilities:- Advise and enroll individuals and families into suitable ACA (Affordable Care Act) plans, leveraging your expertise and our comprehensive product suite.
- Field Agents: Independently generate leads through networking, community engagement, and strategic partnerships.
- Remote Agents: Efficiently manage and convert provided leads, utilizing our dialer system to maximize outreach and enrollment opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional client service, guiding customers through the insurance selection and enrollment process.
- Maintain diligent records and manage client interactions with our CRM system, ensuring a seamless follow-up and customer service experience.
- Current Health Insurance license in Florida.
- Proven sales ability, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets.
