Hi, my name is Kristen Adams, Future Agent Manager, and I am looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic Future Agents team at Fuego Leads. The Opportunity


  • You will be the first point of contact of the overall sales process with our clients.
  • You will make outbound cold calls to potential customers based on the generated leads and introduce the company's services to create interest among prospects.
  • You will be responsible for pre-qualifying the lead by asking relevant questions to determine their needs, budget, timeline and decision-making authority.
  • You will be responsible for live-transferring the lead to a licensed agent to be moved through the sales pipeline for further engagement.

  • You have strong communication skills where you can present in a professional and straightforward manner to build a positive relationship with potential clients.
  • You have demonstrated experience communicating on a phone and cold calling leads.
  • You are a strong active listener and interpersonal communication skills.
  • You are able to handle objections and rejections professionally and have proven experience to navigate challenging conversations with.
  • You thrive in a highly competitive sales environment.
  • You have strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities – There are many different sources for our leads that must be handled in a unique and specific way. You will have to identify the lead and follow the appropriate script.
  • You have demonstrated success in problem solving and sales ability - You will have to be able to think on your feet and take direction very well. This is a fast-paced sales position.
  • You are highly motivated in your own success - We provide you with the tools, but it is ultimately up to you to use them.
  • You have strong E-communication skills - We foster a high energy sales discussion board to encourage collaboration throughout the day as well as daily company wide meetings on Zoom.
  • You are a continuous learner and have a positive mindset – Our training process is very thorough. You will go through 300-600 outbound (high quality) leads daily.
  • You have access to fast internet, up to date equipment, including: A computer, a great headset, and a webcam/smartphone to partake in daily company meetings. Specifics are found below:
    • Hardware/Internet Requirements - 25 mbps or better internet speed, 8GB+ Ram recommended, 2GHz CPU/processor (3.2GHz recommended)


Location & Hours

  • We are hiring in Florida (Remote), Ohio (Remote) and Texas (Remote)
  • You must attend daily meetings at 8:45am before we start at 9am EST.
  • Your shifts will be from 9AM-7PM Monday-Thursday, 9AM-5PM Friday, and 11AM-4PM on select Saturdays
  • **OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD - We have extreme seasonality during our OEP. This is the time of year when the entire country is looking for health insurance. It runs from Nov 1 - Dec 15th. During this time prepare for shifts: 9AM-9PM in 2 separate shifts. 9AM-7PM or 11AM-9PM (M-TH), 9AM-5PM (F), And possibly 10AM-4PM (S) on rotation.**

Compensation

  • Our Future Agents start at $17.50/hr base pay + Commission.
  • Note: Our Future Agents are intended to advance into becoming a Senior Licensed Agent. Our Senior Agents on average are making $1,500-$4,000 weekly. That is not a typo and those agents are not the outliers. (The outliers are currently making $5,000-$6,000+ a week.) This is where we can see you grow through our process.
  • You will have plenty of overtime opportunities and expansive performance-based bonuses and spiffs to double and triple your pay.
  • You will have the opportunity to grow into a senior agent within 6 months’ time (or shorter).
