Your Role:
As a Health Insurance Agent, you will be integral to our client's success, providing expert advice and solutions to customers looking for Health Insurance products. With a focus on under 65 (U65) Health Insurance, you will have access to leads and a dialer system, with inbound calls to enhance your sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate within office hours (Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM) to serve potential clients.
- Utilize provided leads and the dialer system efficiently, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Stay current with Health Insurance policies and regulations to offer accurate advice.
Requirements:
- Open to candidates with or without prior experience in Health Insurance sales.
- A license in Health Insurance is preferred; exceptional candidates will be considered and supported in obtaining licensure.
- Familiarity with the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) and state-specific regulations is a plus.
Earning Potential:
- This role operates on a pure commission basis, offering significant earning potential.
- Enjoy a competitive commission structure: 40% of core and 100% on add-ons, with ACA deals at $30 each.
