Your Role
- Assess clients' needs, calculate deductibles and premiums, and clearly articulate coverages.
- Collaborate with your team in our close-knit office environment.
- Provide accurate quotes tailored to each customer's unique health conditions and needs, prioritizing their best interest.
We're Looking For
- Individuals with an active 2-15 or 2-40 license and at least 6 months of Health Insurance Sales experience, or strong sales background in a high-pressure industry (excluding retail sales).
- Self-motivated, disciplined professionals with a solid work ethic.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to and from our Boca Raton office.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Rewards
