Job Description
Empire Health Advisors is looking for an energetic and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is looking for a long-term career opportunity with the ability to grow with the company. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, has a strong work ethic, and is a team player.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Working with new and existing customers to determine their needs and provide them with options for coverage.
- Providing customers with quotes, explaining the benefits, and explaining the policy to them.
- Setting up new policies and maintaining existing policies to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
- Taking care of customer inquiries about policies, rates, and coverage options.
- Creating quotes for prospective customers based on their needs and providing them with all of the details about our rates and coverage options.

- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of insurance agency experience preferred.
- Insurance agent license required (Preferred)
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or economics preferred.
- Must be self-motivated, reliable, able to work independently, detail oriented, organized, able to multitask, able to communicate effectively with customers and other employees, have strong problem solving skills, be highly motivated in a high-pressure environment, be able to work in fast-paced environment, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $69,138.00 - $81,023.00 per year
