We have several options to help you offer the best plans for your group business as well: Fully Insured, Balance Funded, Self Insured.

Relationships with the major Life Insurance carriers are in place, and we have the right technology and the training set up to help you succeed with Alloy Insurance Group.

Our agents are trained and encouraged to sell both health AND life giving you the ability to essentially double your income and eliminate the seasonal downtime some agencies experience.

We offer some of the highest compensation rates in the industry and we don't limit your success, we celebrate it! Lead programs and significant investments in marketing generate a strong volume of leads daily.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities and networking to acquire new customers
- Have a continuous learning mindset and attitude
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions
- Administer sales processes, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing contracts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information

Qualifications:
- Valid or in progress 2-15 insurance license
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to actively listen to clients needs and match them with proper solutions
- Knowledge of benefits administration is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable

Pay: $40,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
