Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic ACA Health Insurance Agents to fill the remaining seats in our new Boca Raton office. This role is ideal for newly licensed agents who are ready to take their career to the next level.
- Assess client needs, calculate deductibles and premiums, and explain coverages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate effectively within a tight-knit office team.
- Provide accurate quotes based on unique health conditions, needs, and requirements.
- FFM 2024 Certification
- Active 2-15 or 2-40 license, with at least 6 months of experience in Health Insurance sales or a high-pressure sales industry (other than retail).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and hard-working ethic.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the office.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- No direct ACA sales experience necessary. We actually prefer to train people that don't have bad habits.
- Our agents average $2,000-$4,000 per week, with potential earnings of $5,000 - $6,500 during peak periods.
- Access to premium inbound leads and live transfers, supported by a substantial marketing budget.
- In-house marketing and IT team to facilitate your success.
- A relaxed, friendly, and professional work environment.
- If you are licensed in only 1 state, we will buy you your states.
- if you have never done ACA before, you will receive comprehensive, personalized training that will position you to be successful in this growing industry!
- Base pay of $500 per week plus commission, with the potential to earn $1,500 - $4,000 weekly based on performance.
- Bonuses and enhanced base pay for high performers.
