Job Description: As a Licensed ACA Insurance Sales Agent, you will be a key player in driving sales and promoting ACA insurance plans to potential clients. This role is perfect for individuals who are not only knowledgeable about the ACA market but are also driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage actively in sales activities to promote and sell ACA insurance plans.
• Utilize your ACA sales experience to effectively convert Minerva leads into deals.
• Showcase a consistent positive attitude and strong work ethic to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Commit to punctuality and full attendance as essential components of success.
• Embrace ongoing coaching and training opportunities to refine sales techniques and improve performance.
• Demonstrate a driven desire for sales success, showing enthusiasm and a determination to close deals.

Compensation:

• Competitive earnings with the potential to earn $17.50 - $35 per deal.
• Average weekly earnings range from $1500 to $5000, based on performance, with top closers having the potential to earn significantly more.
• Enjoy additional compensation through a dependents bonus and a referral bonus system.
• Training pay of $850 per week during the initial 2-week training period.

Requirements:

• A minimum of six months of ACA Health Sales experience is preferred.
• Must be licensed in at least 15 states with a valid 215 or 240 license and possess an FFM certification.
• Excellent attitude, work ethic, punctuality, and attendance are non-negotiable.
• Openness to coaching and learning advanced sales techniques.
• A strong drive and motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
