We are growing Personal Injury firm looking for an associate to assist in the handling of litigation files. The ideal candidate is ambitious, hard-working, with at least 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, legal research, demands, motions and memorandum. Communicate with clients about case process. Preparation for and taking of depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Hands on training will be provided.
