We are looking for Health Insurance Sales Agentsto learn and grow with us.  As the leading agency in the state for Florida Blue we offer a full line of products to assist all the needs of our Florida residents. 

• Ability to sell a full portfolio including, ACA both ON and OFF Marketplace, Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Supplements, Standalone Prescription Drug plans,  Full line of ancillary product like accident plans, critical illness, hospital indemnity plans, short term medical and Life.
• Access our full portfolio with tools built for and by agents.  Phone system, CRM, Quoting and Submission tools and more…. all to keep you organized effective and efficient. 
• Fast-paced sales environment that equals big volume of sales and that means big bonus checks.
• You will sell and help grow and manage one of largest books of busines in the state of Florida for Florida Blue.  
• We will provide inbound calls to you, leads that are created by our organization and speak to our clients to provide the best customer experience in the market.

• Have an active 2-15, 2-40 
• Sales experience is a plus (any industry i.e. retail) 
• Bi-Lingulal is a plus (Spanish) 
• Current on CE Credits
• Must be computer literate ability to use basics (no programing needed) 
• Fast learner and an ability to adapt to a changing market
