Receptionist/Front Office

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing general administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of basic billing and medications helpful.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Schedule appointments
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Update contact information in the system.
• Will be responsible for all tasks relating to one physician.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
