We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our ENT office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in front desk office setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Collect payments from patients and provide receipts
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.01 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
