Front Desk Receptionist / Office Admin (Real Estate)

Busy Genesee County Real Estate office is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for long-term employment. Must be able to maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance, and be a real team player. We have a friendly team atmosphere here, and we want to keep it that way! Also, we are really looking for someone who views this position as long term.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Greeting and directing clients with a friendly and positive attitude

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals

Multi-tasking

Copying/ Printing forms & documents

Data Entry

Opening and Maintaining Files

Daily upkeep of Filing

Maintaining/ organizing inventory of Office Supplies and equipment

Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including UPS/FedEx deliveries

Perform miscellaneous clerical and administrative duties as needed

Light office daily cleaning & organization

Applicant should have experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office programs. Real estate experience would be helpful, but not necessary for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
