SalarySouthfield Law Firm: We are seeking part time or full time, sharp, detailed-oriented, assistant to work the Front Desk of high-profile law firm Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a friendly, yet professional attitude. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong editing skills are required; candidates may be asked to demonstrate these skills during the initial interview. Experience with Adobe Acrobat is helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities of the position include communicating with clients in person and on the phone, answering phones for multiple firms, preparing, and revising documents, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen and generally helping our office to run smoothly.
