Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role makes you a pivotal part of the entire team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office as well as the field operations. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing documents, and assisting with peak seasonal tasks. This role requires you to have strong organizational skills, customer service, and a willingness to learn QuickBooks and Google Suite.
Responsibilities:
-Manage large volume of incoming calls
-Schedule and generate work orders on a daily basis
-Invoice customers
-Submit necessary documents to municipalities and the State
-Pull and manage necessary permits with municipalites
-Assist in daily operations of the company, both office and in the field
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Familiar or willingness in using Google Suite, and other computer based systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Familiarity or willing to learn QuickBooks
