Are you looking to be a part of a State-of-the-Art and modern Dental Practice nestled in the heart of downtown Kingsley? We are on the lookout for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and personable individual to join our close-knit work family. At our practice, we value versatility, cross-training our team members to excel both in assisting chairside and managing the front desk efficiently.
Position: Dental Assistant/Front Office Administrator (No Experience Required; Willing to Train). The role is fluid and it may be a 50/50 split between duties or 80/20, 70/30 based on your skill set and wishes. We are open to maximizing your strengths and fulfillment!
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday (plus 1-2 Mondays a month) from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Friday hours 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing communication with patients via phone, email, and text
- Patient check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
- Financial coordination: informing patients of treatment costs and processing payments
- Office cleanliness maintenance and instrument sterilization
- Assisting dental procedures and maintaining operatory setup
Qualifications:
- Preferred prior experience in a medical or dental office (not mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, team members, and the dentist
- Positive and adaptable attitude with effective multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to handle varying job responsibilities and prioritize tasks
- Extreme coachability

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 26 – 40 per week
