As an administrative assistant, your duties are to help process documents and manage accounts. In this role, you may perform various tasks related to billing and payroll, support vendor relations, reconcile accounting statements, answer telephones, file paperwork, and scan documents.
Responsibilities
· Draft correspondence and other formal documents
· Reconcile bank accounts
· Provide support to the Accounting Department
· Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in person
· Processing transaction, updating ledgers, budgets, ect.
· Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
· Preparing financial reports
· Develop and implement organized filing systems
· Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications
· Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
· Strong accounting skills preferred
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
