Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, restocking as needed.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Assist with colleagues tasks as needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or Office Assistant role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
