- Lead and oversee the audit engagements for clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
- Manage a team of audit professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to promote professional development and ensure high-quality work.
- Develop and execute audit plans, including risk assessment, scoping, and resource allocation, to achieve audit objectives efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their business processes, risks, and control environment, and tailor audit approaches accordingly.
- Review financial statements, internal controls, and audit documentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner, fostering trust and building long-term relationships.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in auditing and accounting standards, and incorporate best practices into audit processes.
- Collaborate with partners and other stakeholders within the firm to identify opportunities for business development and cross-selling services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the audit department, leveraging technology and innovation to enhance audit quality, efficiency, and client service.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
