The Receptionist & Administrative Assistant is a full-time position that covers the company’s reception and administrative office needs, while supporting the work of the other administrative staff. The position will coordinate front desk tasks while helping to organize, order, and stock supplies.
Specific duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answering and redirecting phone calls appropriately.
- Handle mailing services as needed.
- Assisting the other administrative staff in creating and copying brochures and marketing materials for our sales associates.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the company’s activities.
- Keyholder, close down the office in the evening, locking all doors and setting alarm.
- Support the staff in organizing various company social events and fundraising activities.
- Preparing refreshments and setting up room for company meetings, trainings, and events.
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and attend to them to facilitate their success.
- Assist in composing and posting online content on the company’s social media accounts.
- Ensure reception area and workroom area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and office supplies)
- Order office supplies and marketing materials as needed

- 36-40 hours/week (4-5 days during week, 10am – 2pm Saturdays)
