Insurance Agency Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist Part Time

We are a successful and growing Insurance Agency, seeking qualified professional to join our winning team. We are an independent Insurance Agency, we have over 15 insurance companies we quote for. We sell home, auto, umbrella, business, commercial and life insurance. Are you a team player, dependable, have office knowledge with Excel, emails, internet, multi phone lines, are you great at multi tasking? This could be your new career.

Responsibilities included but not limited to, answering phones, taking payments, handling customers questions about their bill, contact clients by phone, emails, or text on a daily basis, maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success each day, general customer service duties as presented and perform other duties as assigned.

Ideal candidate will have pc skills, basic math skills and the ability to multi task is a must.
