- Answering high-volume calls and greeting potential customers/visitors.
- Scheduling appointments and preparing provider schedules, and front desk coverage.
- Responsible for verifications, prior authorizations, referrals, registration, and checking customers in and out for office / appointment visits, and billing and maintaining account cards.
- Performing administrative duties, such as, faxing, filing, record maintenance, updating customer demographic and other pertinent information.
- Providing administrative support to providers and office staff, including various miscellaneous tasks.
- Assisting the Administrative Director in implementing office policies and SOP's to efficiently maintain quality customer care and follow guidelines of HIPAA.
- Responsible for administrative coordination

Pay: $15.00 per hour
