Job description

Looking for an office assistant who can multitask and work under pressure.

some tasks are listed below.

  • Answering high-volume calls and greeting potential customers/visitors.
  • Scheduling appointments and preparing provider schedules, and front desk coverage.
  • Responsible for verifications, prior authorizations, referrals, registration, and checking customers in and out for office / appointment visits, and billing and maintaining account cards.
  • Performing administrative duties, such as, faxing, filing, record maintenance, updating customer demographic and other pertinent information.
  • Providing administrative support to providers and office staff, including various miscellaneous tasks.
  • Assisting the Administrative Director in implementing office policies and SOP's to efficiently maintain quality customer care and follow guidelines of HIPAA.
  • Responsible for administrative coordination

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

  • Windsor Mill, MD 21244: Relocate before starting work (Required)
