SalaryCBI Group is a culture-based and elevated office furniture dealer with top of line showrooms in San Antonio, Austin and Houston. We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our San Antonio team. We are a close-knit team who are big on collaborating, sharing ideas, and getting the job done! What you'd be doing:
- Be the welcoming face of the company for all clients and guests when arriving to our showroom
- Ensure facilities are in neat, organized, clean and operating conditions at all times.
- Assist Sales teams with events, client meetings and client walk-ins.
- Send/receive/distribute mail and receive FedEx/UPS deliveries.
- Travel booking
- Ordering and monitoring supplies and equipment for departments throughout the organization.
- Facilitate meetings when necessary.
What we are looking for:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- High School Diploma required
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to act with high integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
This position is Monday - Friday 730am - 430pm
