Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This position plays a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations in our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage the front desk area, acceptance of packages and truck shipments
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Familiarity with front desk operations in a construction setting is a plus
