Administrative Assistant/Receptionist needed at locally owned and operated collision repair shop.
Job responisbilities include:
- Greeting customers and answering phones
- Providing updates to customers
- Scheduling appointments
- Following up on estimates
- Gather and distribute information to others
- Answer questions from customers and employees
- Ensure office equipment is in proper working order
- Accurately file and retrieve documents
- QuickBooks work
