We are searching for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to help manage multiple aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and have strong organizational skills. We're looking for a team player who is reliable, honest and creative.
This position requires you to be available to work Saturdays, Sundays and evenings. Please submit your salary requirements when submitting your resume.
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for day to day operations of spa including setting appointments, answering questions, ensuring cleanliness of spa and various other administrative tasks.
We are open 7 days a week (M-F 9am-9:30pm, Sat 9am-6:30pm & Sun 10am-6:30pm).
JOB DESCRIPTION * Perform all duties in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies. * Answer phones. * Set appointments for guests and clients * Have clients fill out appropriate forms. * Answer questions on spa services. * Keep desk area neat. * Knowledge of all products and treatments * Retail of all products * Flexibility to work a varied schedule due to business levels and industry demand. * Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. * Give clear and concise directions. * Answer guest questions using excellent customer service skills * Must be well groomed and in uniform at all times while working. * Must be well-mannered, display a helpful attitude at all times, greet guests when encountered, show appreciation to the guest for being at the clinic/spa, show willingness to help guests at all times.
Job Requirements: * Excellent customer service skills. * Dependable and Responsible * Professional appearance * Computer skills * Cashier skills (Please note in your resume or cover letter if you are a Licensed Massage Therapist and/or Licensed Aesthetician or have spa or salon experience - not required, but helpful)
