Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in customer service is desirable
