Job Summary:
This is a law office. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client relationship, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office including help with scheduling.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Transcribe notes and memos accurately
- help with the admin and needs of partner
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred but not required
- Proficient in typing and operating phone systems
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
