Essential Responsibilities but not limited to:
· Sales and marketing of new homes within the community.
· Assist in park budget planning, tenant documentation and files.
· Building and maintaining a harmonious team.
· Increasing the occupancy within the park and enforce terms of rental agreements.
· Must be physically able to conduct daily walkthroughs of the community to inspecting the homes and locations.
· Maintain a “Clean and Green” community with good rules enforcement, creating a neighborhood that you want to live in.
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Willing to relocate in the state if/when an opportunity for your own park is available.
· Attend general office hours Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, with some weekend on calls.
· Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
· Authorized to work in the U.S.
· Pass observed preemployment drug screen and criminal background.
Compensation:
· $2000 monthly salary, paid semi-monthly
· Free onsite housing with utilities (gas, electric and water) Valued @ $2000 per month
· 25% bonus of the Resident Manager’s Park performance bonus
· Paid vacation and sick leave
· $50 cellphone reimbursement
