Looking to immediately hire an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist/office manager to assist a small law firm on a daily basis. This position is temp to permanent. Looking for an extremely friendly and detail oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist/office manager to help in a small law firm of 3 attorneys with daily office tasks.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
- Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
- Manages calendars for all attorneys
- Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
- Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering.
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office, most importantly word and excel
- Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers and copies
- Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand.
- Researches as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations.
- Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
- Orders, stocks and maintains supplies for all of office
- Daily housekeeping tasks to maintain office such as light garbage disposal, maintain cleanliness of common spaces and organization
- Orders lunch and supplies for attorneys
- Helps in anyway they can :)
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.55 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
