Project Coordinator looking for an Assistant for a well established demolition company. Opportunity for growth within this fast paced environment.
Looking for someone who can multitask a must. Knowledge of Microsoft programs- Excel, Word and Outlook a must. Bluebeam a plus. Construction background preferred.
Daily tasks will be:
Spreadsheet updates/Data Entry
Assisting with project reports
Specific project tasks
Assisting with coordinating classes/testing for employees
Assisting with accounts receivable
Answers Phones/Place Office Orders
Mail/FedEx/UPS
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Handling overall office needs such as:
Calling IT company, Printer company, Office deliveries of supplies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
