Looking for a pleasant, professional Front Desk receptionist with superior customer service skills for a busy podiatrist office. Bilingual a plus
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming patients and visitors with friendly, professional greeting.
- Assist in comforting patients and maintaining reception area.
- Answer phone inquiries: schedule appointments: resolve issues: appointment reminder calls.
- Monitor daily appointments for appropriate scheduling with physician according to the suggested scheduling rubrics
- Inquire with lapsed payments with both insurance co and patients
- Monitor medical supplies
- Collect and log copays on a daily basis
- Assist patients with the completion of all necessary forms
- Build and maintain patient records through the use of the practice EMR system
- Process insurance authorizations for procedures or DME
- Sort and Process incoming mail
- Assist office manager to maintain daily operations of the office.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 29 per week
