Our office is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The receptionist will be in the front of our legal office; however, the right person will need to be able to handle tasks for our other companies as well. The ideal receptionist will be a smiling face to greet our clients, a pleasant voice on the phone and able to complete a variety of clerical tasks.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience- Required
- Receptionist experience is preferred, but not required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Organized
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task
Duties
- Operate multi-line phone system
- Greet clients in a welcoming manner
- Interact with a variety of business colleagues in a professional manner
- Perform a variety of administrative duties
- Keep lobby presentable/clean
- Run office errands
- Arrange lunch daily for office (order and sometimes pick up)
- Maintain office supply inventory/Order supplies as needed
- Other miscellaneous duties as needed
Pay will be based on qualifications.
Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:45-5:15, with paid time off and paid holidays.
