RDJE, Inc. is a locally and privately-owned Newnan, Georgia based Underground Utility Construction Company. We provide municipal, emergency, and specialty services that include open-cut pipelaying, pipe bursting, manhole construction/rehabilitation, CCTV, and Hydro Excavation.

Overview & Responsibilities
As a Receptionist/Admin Assistant with us, your responsibilities will be focused within the following key areas:
Administrative Support
- Assist with the set-up of company meetings, trainings, classes, lunches, parties, etc.
- Schedule and maintain hotel reservations for out-of-town jobs.
- Maintain, order and issue radios to employees.
- Assist with maintaining the Employee Training spreadsheet, Employee Signature report, as well as other reports as needed.
- Create job locate tickets via 811 and maintain company locate logbook.
- Assist with writing letters/memos, completing forms, creating spreadsheets, etc.
- Scan, file, and laminate documents.
Office Support
- Handle incoming main office phone calls and redirects as needed.
- Prepare and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, packages, faxes, etc.
- Manage monthly employee birthday card distribution.
- Ensure proper cleanliness of meeting/training rooms and the kitchen.
- Monitor, order, and ensure office and kitchen supplies are sufficiently stocked at all time.

Qualifications
- Ability to pass pre-employment/random drug screening(s).
- Positive/people-person with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
