Job Summary:

The Business Strategy & Intelligence Manager role reports to the Retail Banking Transformation executive and will be responsible for cross-functional programs, deliver against high priority business objectives and develop core communications to highlight the transformation and changes being implemented. The Retail Transformation team manages and executives a large portfolio that identifies and drives strategic and transformative initiatives across the Consumer Bank.

Job Responsibilities:

•Facilitate collaboration and coordination across teams to explore and prioritize opportunities

•Partners closely with key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive view is developed

•Ability to develop a broad perspective and link business strategies to specific initiatives

•Develop narratives and manage communication pipeline/deliverables

•Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes

Required Qualifications:

•5+ years of experience in a combination of consulting, process design, communications, project management, and strategic capacities within the financial services industry

•Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, with multiple priorities

•Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple key deliverables

•Ability to build strong partnerships and influence across the organization

•Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to influence

•Highly proficient in PPT with superior ability to create executive presentations and adapt based on audience

•Experience with technology solutions and implementation lifecycle

•Bachelor's degree

     

Desired Qualifications:

Background in change management and data analytics. Knowledge of Consumer organization
