Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents and records
- Transcribe meeting minutes or other important documents as needed
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience working in a medical office or as a receptionist/administrative assistant is a plus
