```Job Summary```
We are a busy and growing boutique litigation law firm and are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome clients/visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take accurate messages, and direct them to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating events
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Run errands as needed
- Gathering information needed from clients and opening new files
- Enter data into our computer software system accurately and efficiently
- Assist with accounts payable
- General administrative and clerical tasks
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred
- Experience in using QuickBooks is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong clerical skills, including typing, data entry, and record keeping
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
-Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required
